Grading Standards

At Slab'dUSA, every card is handled with the care it deserves. Here is how we think about grading and condition.

PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) — The gold standard for graded cards. PSA grades range from 1 to 10, with PSA 10 being Gem Mint. We carry PSA-graded slabs across all grades.

SGC (Sportscard Guaranty) — A highly respected grading company known for tight grading standards and clean slab design. SGC grades run from 1 to 10 with half-point increments.

BGS/Beckett — Beckett Grading Services uses a 1-10 scale with sub-grades for centering, corners, edges, and surface. BGS 9.5 Black Labels are among the most sought-after slabs in the hobby.

Raw Cards — Ungraded cards are described honestly by condition: Gem Mint, Near Mint-Mint, Near Mint, Excellent-Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, and Poor. We photograph every card from multiple angles so you can assess condition yourself.
